Burton Embry is the Executive Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer for LeaderOne Financial Corporation based in Overland Park, Kansas.  As Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Embry focuses on Compliance, Licensing, HMDA/Fair Lending, Human Resources and Quality Assurance matters for the Company.

 

 

 

 

Robert Sabido is a partner at Cosgrave Vergeer Kester LLP, a Portland law firm that has been serving its clients for more than 78 years.  Robert’s practice focuses on consumer financial services litigation, including defending claims against banks, mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, debt buyers, debt collectors, and other consumer financial services providers.  In addition to his litigation practice, Robert advises financial services clients and trade associations, and represents their interests, in regulatory, administrative and legislative matters.  Before going into private practice, Robert was as an Assistant Attorney General in the Appellate and Trial Divisions of the Oregon Department of Justice.
